  • How do I dispute a chargeback?

    • We recommend that merchants avoid customer-filed charge backs by providing excellent customer service and fulfilled promises. Also, clearly stating the transaction descriptor in the checkout process will help mitigate customer confusion. If a chargeback is filed, we recommend that the merchant provide a signed payment affidavit from the customer along with a copy of the customer’s identification.

  • How do I find my statements?

    • Our Accounting Department will provide individual links via e-mail enabling merchants to view their statements. Merchants also have access to their reports within the gateway in which they can view their weekly and rolling reserve payouts.

  • What is a rolling reserve?

    • A rolling reserve is a pre-determined percentage of gross sales that Allied Wallet will withhold for an agreed upon period of time as stated in your processing agreement. Hosted by Allied Wallet, the QuickPay gateway is easy to use, quickly integrated, extremely fast, and very secure.

      How does it work?

      Checkout
Because the payment information stays on Allied Wallet’s hosted checkout pages, you don’t need to worry about your shopping cart’s PCI compliance.
When customers are ready to checkout and pay for the purchase on your website, they are taken to a checkout page hosted on Allied Wallet’s secure servers.

      Transaction
Once the customer submits their payment information, they will receive an on-screen and email confirmation to notify them that the transaction was successful.

      All Major Credit Cards
The QuickPay solution supports all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. It can also be integrated with nearly any shopping cart or order management software.

      Security & PCI Compliance
The checkout process is protected by Allied Wallet’s PCI level 1 compliant technology. In addition to this, there are customisable fraud scrubbers on every single transaction to make sure every transaction is a legitimate buyer.

  • What benefits are included with your online merchant services?

      • Costs and Rates – Allied Wallet has some of the most competitive rates and fees within the industry.
      • Experience – Allied Wallet has over 8 years of experience operating in e-commerce.
      • 24 / 7 Customer Service – Our customer service team is available to your customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help resolve all of their refund and chargeback issues. We offer this service free to our merchants!

What do I need to do to open a merchant account?
To open a merchant account with Allied Wallet, you will need: identification, a bank account, a website, a shopping cart (for QuickPay merchants), and the will to succeed.

What software or equipment is necessary?
In addition to a website, you’ll need a shopping cart system that allows customers to enter their personal data and credit card information. Real-time systems require you to use a separate service called a gateway provider, which may be accessible through your merchant account provider.

What happens when a transaction is submitted?
Transactions are processed when the sale is made. A virtual receipt is printed on the buyer’s screen, indicating that the sale is final. These transactions are entirely automatic, requiring no human interaction to complete and finalize sales.

      Is it safe?
Allied Wallet’s gateway also serves as an added measure of protection against fraud, which occurs quite frequently in the anonymous environment of online sales.

  • Why should I accept credit cards in China?

    • Selling your products or services may seem a little “foreign” to you. But here’s a fact… At the current rate, China will surpass the United States this year as the world’s leading online retail market for the first time, reaching over $282 billion.

It might not be in your immediate business plan, but there are plenty of reasons why you should provision for international sales. Without taking too much of your time, here a few reasons why you should accept credit cards in China:

      • Total Chinese retail sales grew 8.9%.
      • This year, online sales in China grew 34.7% in the first three quarters.
      • This was equivalent to 1.3 trillion yuan.
      • About 200,000 Chinese companies now engage in cross-border e-commerce.
      • The Chinese government is taking steps to make cross-border internet trading easier and cheaper.

It’s clearer than ever that Chinese consumers are embracing e-commerce and shopping online. And if we want our businesses to see their full potential, we must not limit our customer bases. Accepting credit cards in China is the first step in maximizing our global reach.

  • What is this item on my credit card statement?

    • If you purchased a product from a website using Allied Wallet, the descriptor will have an “ALW*” in the prefix signifying it is an Allied Wallet transaction. Next to this will be the Company Name of the website owner from which you made your purchase. Lastly, you’ll see the customer service phone number that you can call for information regarding the transaction. If a charge meets these criteria and is unfamiliar, continue on to the next question.

  • What is a Digital Wallet?

    • The word technology is a word that people will never get tired of. Additionally, as time flies by technology has constantly been advancing. Technology has become more user-friendly and it no longer matters how old people are, they can still enjoy the latest technology.

“Digital wallets,” for instance, are one of the newest innovations that have caught on for web-based sales and the e-commerce industry.

Many of you may already be familiar with the term; however, for those of you who are not, digital wallets function as secure digital methods of payment that store your payment information such as credit cards, bank information, and even concert tickets, coupons, receipts, and airline boarding passes.

Digital wallets allow users to safely complete transactions when accessed through a device. Furthermore, digital wallets can come in handy beyond executing payments, such as in finding coupons and deals because merchants can target users based upon geographical location.

Now, can consumers really rely on the app, itself? A mobile commerce expert mentioned that it depends on the company who handles the transactions. The company will be trusted with personal information like credit card data. This is why it is important for a customer or merchant to rely on a company they can trust, one that has withstood the test of time.

If you haven’t already, join over 60 million Allied Wallet eWallet users for safe payments all over the world!
