If you purchased a product from a website using Allied Wallet, the descriptor will have an AW- in the prefix signifying it is an Allied Wallet transaction. Next to this will be the Company Name of the website owner from which you made your purchase. Lastly, you’ll see the customer service phone number that you can call for information regarding the transaction. Allied Wallet's eWallet is simply for online purchases with Allied Wallet merchants. The eWallet cannot be loaded and funds are not able to be transferred. The eWallet can only save payment information to allow for simple, secure online payments with our merchants.
